ALBERT
WUTSCH, director of Indiana University of Pennsylvania Academy of Culinary
Arts, is a certified executive chef and culinary educator who combines his mastery of
cooking with his passion for the great outdoors.
An avid hunter and outdoorsman, Chef Wutsch has cooked for professional
outfitters in Montanas Bob Marshall, Scapegoat and Spotted Bear Wilderness, the
largest untamed area in America. He has cooked in many hunting camps throughout the
country and has taught courses on game cookery in Montana, Florida, Pennsylvania, and New
Jersey. He has been a featured guest speaker for many sports shows including the Eastern
Sports and Outdoor Show, the largest outdoor show in North America and the Rocky Mountain
Elk Foundation.
Chef Wutschs professional career has spanned over 25 years of
culinary experience. He has received numerous culinary teaching awards and has been the
subject of featured newspaper articles as well as radio and TV interviews. Chef Wutsch has
judged competitions and has been retained by publishers to review culinary manuscripts. He
has owned and operated a catering business in Montana and has specialized in catering
throughout the country including upscale events in Palm Beach, Florida.
He is owner of Cache Creek Enterprises
that includes mail-order specialty items and a game recipe booklet, and he is currently
developing videos and a game cookbook series. Cache Creek also recruits employment
opportunities and placement of chefs and cooks for camps and outfitters. Chef Wutsch is
available by request for special events, cooking demonstrations, speaking engagements,
seminars, hunting and fishing camp chef, and consulting.
